Call
Calls the next ticket in line for service. Clicking Call automatically closes out the current ticket and starts timing the new one. When no tickets remain in the queue, the system automatically closes the last ticket with status Called.
Park
Use when a citizen arrives without complete or correct documentation. A parked ticket can only be recalled later by the same counter clerk who parked it. If the citizen returns with complete documents, click Park again to recall and complete the ticket. If they do not return that day, the ticket is closed automatically as Not Served at end of day.
Postpone
Use when a ticket has been called but the citizen is not physically present yet. This freezes the service timer so it does not start counting for an absent citizen, and returns the ticket to the general waiting list so any available counter can call it again. To recall a ticket into the room, click the ticket number on screen: this triggers the audio signal and shows the number on the main screens.
Transfer
Use when the citizen's request needs to be handled by a different service category. Click the relevant category, choose a priority from 0 (lowest) to 9 (most urgent), then click Transfer to confirm or Cancel to abort. You cannot pick a specific counter or person: the ticket automatically enters that service's queue and is picked up by the first available specialist. The citizen does not need a new ticket.
Log Out
Operation time keeps running automatically if you leave without logging out. Always log out at the end of your shift, and during breaks away from the counter.
Ticket Number
Click the ticket number again to recall it: this replays the audio signal and re-displays the number on the main screens, without restarting the elapsed-time counter.
Waiting Tickets
Shows how many tickets are currently waiting. Click to open the full waiting list, grouped by priority queue, secondary queue, and parked tickets. Click the icon next to any entry in that list to call or recall that specific ticket out of order.
Manual Call
Calls a specific ticket number directly, bypassing the normal queue order. Enter a plain number, or a letter followed by digits for a priority queue code shown in the waiting list (for example A001). This button is only active while there are tickets waiting.
